This is a typical about us page. We have tagged this page as a top level item so that we can add more sub pages underneath this page.
In the CMS, when you edit this page, select "Advanced Options" and there you can change the rank of the page in the navigation. We add a -1 for the about-us page so that it's always at the bottom of the navigation list.
